We collect the details needed to create and manage your club account: name, email, phone, date of birth, experience level and any emergency contact you choose to provide.

We also keep operational records such as memberships, class bookings, waitlist entries, attendance and private-coaching requests.

We use this information to provide club access, manage bookings and attendance, operate waitlists, respond to coaching requests and communicate important service information.

We do not sell member information or use it for third-party advertising.

The service is hosted using Vercel and Supabase. Access is limited through authenticated accounts and role-based permissions. Authorized club staff can access records needed to operate the club.

Essential session cookies keep signed-in members secure. The member platform does not require advertising cookies.

You can review and update core profile details in the member area. To request access, correction or deletion of other information, contact the club at the address below or through its official Instagram account.

Some records may be retained where reasonably necessary for safety, dispute resolution or legal obligations.
